- What Genius AI can build for customers comes down to the caliber of the people on our Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and caliber like that doesn’t come from posting a job and waiting
- It comes from a unique sourcing strategy: knowing where the best people are, how to reach them, and how to get them excited about what we’re building before they’re even looking. That’s what this role is
- You won’t just be moving candidates through a pipeline; you’ll be building the strategy that fills it in the first place. The bar is high because the stakes are high; every hire on these teams either raises our talent density or lowers it
- You will report to our Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting
- Build and run the sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, mapping out where the best talent actually is and how to reach them before they’re even looking
- Source active and passive candidates across these functions, always asking who’s going to be the next force multiplier on this team, not just who’s available
- Tap into alumni networks, mine referrals, and build out campus programs and industry event presence as real pipelines, not afterthoughts
- Organize events, dinners, and other moments of real human connection, the kind of relationship building that AI sourcing will never replace
- Build AI-powered workflows for the repeatable parts of sourcing, screening, and pipeline tracking, so your judgment stays focused on the candidates who need it
- Screen and manage technical candidates through early-stage interviews, from resume review through handoff to the hiring team
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview loops moving without letting details slip- Insatiably curious, asking questions until you actually understand the “why” behind a role or a process
- Genuinely energized by people and by AI, and curious about how the two intersect in how companies hire
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with the instinct to adjust tone for a candidate, a hiring manager, or an executive
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting agency, tech startup, hedge fund, or investment bank, with exposure to high-volume, fast-moving processes
- Already rebuilt how you operate using AI, whether that’s automating a repetitive task, building a personal workflow, or using it to move faster than your peers
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of requisitions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through
