POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for various administrative recruiting support, including but not limited to posting jobs, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Director of Talent & Performance with Corporate recruitment functions.
- Assist Recruitment Managers and Recruiting Coordinators as needed.
- Post jobs to ATS systems, career sites, and job boards.
- Assist Digital Marketing with social media recruiting (i.e., open positions, new hires, etc.)
- Prepare interview packets and candidate materials.
- Distribute exit surveys.
- Respond to candidate inquiries regarding application status.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate job fairs and hiring events.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
- 2-3 years administrative assistant and/or HR experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Minimal travel required
