About the position

Spencer’s is in a period of rapid growth and expansion. We are seeking a Recruiting and Talent Partner to join our People Team and lead all recruitment, hiring, and employee engagement initiatives in support of our growth plans. This position will lead talent acquisition for our HQ based corporate functions, as well as build high performing onsite spa teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop forward-thinking sourcing strategies and targeted attraction efforts, build robust talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles, as well as HQ, managing a large requisition load with speed, accuracy, and strategic prioritization. Heavy emphasis on Massage Therapist hiring.
  • Build and sustain a proactive, high‑quality talent pipeline.
  • Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis. We want to know what works, what doesn’t and what you recommend.
  • Source top talent through diversified strategies.
  • Partner with onsite leadership and the Operations team on headcount planning, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Drive seamless operations, including job postings, social media content, interview scheduling, and all administrative components of the talent lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate, data‑driven tracking, producing dashboards, reports, and insights to evaluate recruitment performance and inform talent strategy.
  • Design and deploy creative, out‑of‑the‑box attraction tactics that elevate employer branding and strengthen the company’s visibility as a destination for top talent.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate and employee experience.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement programs including recognition and development.
  • In partnership with onsite leadership and the operations team, design and execute ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Champion internal mobility and growth.

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferably in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment
  • Spa experience, specifically experience working with and recruiting for Massage Therapists
  • Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must work well under pressure

  • Pay range for this position: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year - a final offer will be based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria
