Soccer Shots LI West is growing fast across Long Island, South Florida, and new sports launching next year. We’re hiring a proactive, organized Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sports to lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets.

You will

Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and pipelines
Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention
Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally
Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, Connecteam
Support expansion into new sports programs
Own communication across departments
