GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a driven and highly organized Recruiter to join our Strategic National division. This role will primarily support one of Eastridge’s key national client partnerships, managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume temporary staffing needs across client locations in New Castle, Delaware and Jersey City, New Jersey.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through. This individual will be responsible for building consistent candidate pipelines, quickly responding to changing hiring needs, and managing candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through placement and start.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume temporary staffing needs, from sourcing and screening through placement and start.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring volume, position requirements, market conditions, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and fluctuating workforce demands.
- Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, community resources, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments virtually and, as needed, in person.
- Partner closely with internal account leadership and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, position requirements, and anticipated workforce demand.
- Respond quickly to new and changing hiring needs while maintaining candidate quality and a strong sense of urgency.
- Coordinate candidate activity throughout the hiring process, including interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and start-date readiness.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Conduct ongoing candidate follow-up and quality check-ins to support successful starts, retention, and overall employee engagement.
- Participate in onsite hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives designed to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate activity, requisitions, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics within internal systems.
- Consistently achieve established performance goals, including 20 candidate interviews, 20 candidate presents, 7+ starts, and 5 “Where Have You Been” candidate re-engagements per week, with a minimum gross profit goal of $30,000 per month ($90,000 per quarter).
- Stay informed on local talent market conditions, candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges within supported markets.
- Partner collaboratively with the broader Strategic National team to ensure client expectations and workforce goals are consistently met.
- Represent Eastridge professionally with candidates, employees, client stakeholders, and community partners.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, assess, and engage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to quickly adjust priorities based on changing client and hiring needs.
- Excellent relationship-buil2ing, communication, and candidate management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining highly connected to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to work toward defined recruiting activity, placement, and production goals.
- Strong commitment to data integrity and maintaining accurate, timely information within recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting technology.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% based on client and business needs.

- Experience recruiting for high-volume temporary or contingent workforce positions.
- Experience supporting a large national, strategic, or onsite client account.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or other high-volume hourly positions.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or geographic markets.
- Experience participating in job fairs, hiring events, onsite recruiting initiatives, or community-based sourcing efforts.
- Familiarity with the Delaware and/or New Jersey talent markets.
Travel
- Travel is expected approximately 20% locally for this position.
