Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Recruiter to join our Springfield Recruiting Team, and we're looking for more than someone who can fill open positions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Finding and connecting with amazing caregivers and clinicians through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
- Building genuine relationships with candidates and helping them find opportunities that fit their lives.
- Screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Bringing personality, positivity, and a great candidate experience to every interaction.
- Thinking outside the box to find new ways to attract talent.
- Collaborating with a team that shares ideas, celebrates successes, and has each other's backs.
- Representing Phoenix at hiring events and in our communities.

- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your attention to detail.

- Believe communication and follow-through matter.
- Have recruiting experience (preferred), or a background in healthcare, staffing, customer service, or sales.
- Are comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
