About the Role
Mortgage Assurance is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, calling, screening, and hiring candidates for Mortgage Agent positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Explain the role, compensation, training, and growth opportunities.
- Schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
- Support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Comfortable with calling, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Previous recruitment, sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working remotely and Canadian shift hours.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
