Focus: High-volume call-center recruiting, with potential clinical recruiting
Must-haves
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and multiple requisitions.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening and hiring-manager communication skills.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
Hiring volume: Two monthly hiring classes, approximately 40 and 10 hires.
PeopleSoft experience is NOT required.
