The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably withing a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization
Partner with management to identify staffing needs, hiring priorities, and coordinate recruiting activities
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple recruitment channels
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation
Respond to inquiries regarding staffing opportunities
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports
Provide a high level of customer service

Qualifications

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree

Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting positions such as hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including word and excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality
