How you Will make a Difference
- Assisting with the strategic direction of an assigned area including examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses.
- Assisting with metrics that are best suited for the area and analyzing those metrics with the VP of Operations/COO to accommodate hiring practices, such as time-to-fill measurements, etc.
- Responsible for the overall recruiting efforts for a designated area including advertising, screening of applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, posting and closing positions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What you Need to make a Difference
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent work-related experience (i.e., staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, and/or retail experience) may be acceptable.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- Must enjoy interacting with people and be sales motivated.
