Position Overview
As a Recruiter, you will support full-cycle recruiting and help meet business-critical hiring needs. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you translate role requirements into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. You manage multiple requisitions while maintaining accurate recruiting data and supporting positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This opportunity provides broad in-house recruiting exposure and ownership across the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, and establish sourcing approaches.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter and review of applicant pipelines.
- Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise recommendations.
- Coordinate interview processes in partnership with the recruiting operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview facilitation.
- Facilitate post-interview debrief discussions to help hiring managers make confident, informed hiring decisions.
- Create and deliver offers in partnership with HR, ensuring recommendations align with role and business needs.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate and requisition data in the Workday applicant tracking system.
- Apply Polaris recruiting processes consistently to support a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but will consider applicable experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience; agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and deliver highly qualified hires.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Practical experience using candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $70,000 to $90,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
