The Recruiter I ensures assigned communities are positioned to hire top talent by serving as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process. As a field recruiter, they play a key role in building high performing teams by working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and select strong candidates. This role requires clear alignment on role expectations, effective management of the hiring process, and delivery of a seamless, positive candidate experience. Success is driven by strong collaboration, open communication, and shared accountability for both quality and speed. Acting as a trusted advisor, the recruiter provides market intelligence and data driven insights to support engaged and informed hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Intake sessions, post jobs and manage applicant flow to optimize hiring & costs
  • Screen and select candidates for hiring manager interviews
  • Coordinate Interviews, gather feedback and adapt accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in ATS
  • Educate & coach partners to ensure an efficient & effective hiring process
  • Identify challenges and adapt to overcome or escalate if needed
  • Engage business partners in creative problem solving
  • Maintain positive, professional and constructive stakeholder relationships
  • Communicate and deliver results quickly and consistently to develop trust
  • Facilitate regular Regional or Divisional leadership recruiting updates
  • Proactively identify opportunities to support peers and business partners
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Contribute to team initiatives
  • Consistently model team values and behaviors
  • Adapt constructively to change

Preferred

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Prior recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience
