Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across both skilled labor and professional roles. This individual will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities not limited to

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, including skilled labor (e.g., technicians, trades) and professional positions (e.g., engineering, operations, corporate functions)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process
  • Assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, trade events, and networking functions
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and recommend strategies to attract top talent

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in skilled labor and professional roles
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and open positions
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented

Preferred

  • Recruiting experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or related industries
  • Knowledge of skilled trades recruiting and workforce challenges
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
