About Kids Club ABA

Kids Club ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, creative, and relationship-driven RBT Recruiter to join our team!

At Kids Club ABA, recruiting is about more than filling positions. It’s about connecting the right people with meaningful work and helping ensure children and families have access to the services they need.

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thinking outside the box, and finding creative solutions when recruiting gets challenging. You’re organized, resourceful, and motivated by results. When applications slow down or a market is difficult to recruit in, you see an opportunity to try something new rather than a reason to give up.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your ideas, follow-through, and ability to build relationships make a real difference, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit RBTs: Manage recruiting activities for Registered Behavior Technicians supporting our in-home ABA therapy services.
  • Think creatively: Develop new sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive and hard-to-fill markets.
  • Build relationships: Engage with applicants, conduct initial screening conversations, and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the pipeline: Oversee applications, outreach, follow-ups, interviews, and candidate progression through the hiring process.
  • Partner with the team: Collaborate with clinical leaders and operations to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and service demand.
  • Solve recruiting challenges: Identify barriers to hiring and implement creative solutions to improve applicant flow and hiring outcomes.
  • Stay organized: Manage multiple openings, maintain accurate candidate records, and consistently follow through on next steps.
  • Communicate proactively: Keep candidates and internal stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Make an impact: Help build strong teams so more children and families can receive the services they need.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or high-volume hiring preferred.
  • Experience recruiting RBTs, healthcare professionals, behavioral health staff, or other direct-care professionals is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • A creative, resourceful approach to candidate sourcing and problem-solving.
  • The ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of recruiting goals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
