JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment life cycles for high-volume blue-collar and sales field force mandates. You will play a key role in achieving the region's hiring targets for major clients such as Adani Smart Meter, Secure Meter, and Eureka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a "field-first" approach to source candidates through head-hunting, campus drives, and local community networking.

  • Institutional Partnership: Lead visits to ITIs, Colleges, NGOs, and NSDC Skill Development Units to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with regional contacts and clients to ensure a seamless interview and onboarding experience.

  • Mass Mobilization: Execute large-scale recruitment drives across Pan Odisha and Bihar to meet steep joining targets.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment MIS to provide visibility on hiring funnels and potential bottlenecks.

  • Process Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with SAP SuccessFactors workflows and Quess Corp’s operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Field Expertise: Proven experience in on-the-ground sourcing and rural mobilization.

  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the labor market and sourcing channels within the Eastern Zone.

  • Communication: Ability to remain tactful and diplomatic when negotiating with candidates and managing client expectations.

  • Adaptability: A resilient mindset capable of meeting high targets despite market challenges or salary constraints.
