We have an exciting opportunity to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team as a Provider Recruitment Sr. Consultant.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Provider Recruitment Sr. Consultant plays a key role in supporting company growth by leading the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as business partner to hiring managers and responsible for annual recruitment goals.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with executives and other stakeholders to collaborate on recruitment needs.
  • Manages requisition requests. Collaborates with hiring managers on understanding the requests for adding and backfilling positions as well as job description creation.
  • Conducts initial vetting screenings with qualified applicants.
  • Sources and recruits for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
  • Manages requisition load and handles full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  • Drives activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts, and increase the number of quality recruits through networking, competitive sourcing, etc., inclusive of developing relationships with Ardent-based and/or local medical schools and graduate medical education training programs.
  • Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant work experience required
  • Knowledge of compliance with recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to immigration status, EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
  • Demonstrates accountability for decisions, operates with discipline and rigor, and possesses a competitive drive to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to operate as a subject matter expert on recruiting with a consultative style.
  • Ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting physician and advanced practice practitioner positions.
