Description
Act as liaison and business partner between BHMG leaders and physicians. Under the guidance of BHMG executives and Physician Recruitment leadership partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and participates in job scoping sessions with leaders. Screens candidates to meet staffing needs. Understands the business and follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. Organizes and supports various physician activities. Also provides additional support to the physician recruitment function as assigned. Estimated salary range for this position is $24.62 - $32.00 / hourly depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s Degree preferred or at least 7 years of Health Care experience working with executive leadershio and physicians
- Must be self-motivated, able to wor independently, manage deadlines, and multiple priorities
- Excellent intrpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communication with diplomacy and tact at all times
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel also required
