About the Position:
Epic Physician Staffing is looking for a( Recruiter who will be responsible for is responsible for managing the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU), from sourcing and interviewing to placement. Additionally, this role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with COA's, to ensure a positive candidate experience and support redeployment efforts.

Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.
What You'll Do:
Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.
Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits.
Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
What You'll Bring:
Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Professional and technical expertise in business functions and understanding of services provided by the company.
Knowledge of specialized technologies that proactively accomplish business needs with a focus on customers by engaging in dialogues.
Salary: $50,000 Annually
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
