The Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 provides advanced coordination and operational support across the talent acquisition lifecycle. The role independently manages more complex recruiting workflows, maintains ATS and HRIS data integrity, coordinates candidate and onboarding activities, supports reporting and compliance documentation, resolves routine operational issues, and helps ensure consistent execution across Nuvision’s multi-state hiring environment.
This position serves as an experienced operational partner to Talent Acquisition, People Services, Total Rewards, Learning & Knowledge, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. The role is distinguished from Talent Acquisition Coordinator I by greater independence, ownership of complex or escalated coordination activities, stronger reporting and auditing responsibilities, and assistance with training, documentation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Independently maintain ATS and talent acquisition technology records, post and close requisitions, monitor approvals and workflow status, audit data quality, resolve routine system discrepancies, escalate control or approval issues Support implementation and adoption of approved automation and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
  • Coordinate and audit employment documentation, HRIS transactions, I-9 records, background screening status, and onboarding requirements for new hires and internal movements; identify missing or inconsistent documentation and drive timely resolution. Audits employee files as needed.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including complex scheduling, pre-employment communications, offer routing, background screening coordination, retention agreements and incentive plans, and onboarding follow-up. Resolve routine candidate issues and escalate sensitive matters appropriately. Completes Forms I-9 Forms, verifies I-9 meeting documentation verification, submits E-Verify cases, and maintains I-9 files. As needed, completes new hire orientation meetings. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Nuvision's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Collect, validate, and assemble job and candidate information required for compensation and offer review. Confirm completeness of supporting documentation and route materials to Total Rewards and authorized decision-makers; this role does not determine pay recommendations.
  • Prepare and quality-check recurring recruiting dashboards and reports, including requisition status, aging, interviews, offers, onboarding completion, source activity, internal movement, and data-quality exceptions. Identify trends or discrepancies and escalate items affecting service, compliance, or reporting accuracy. Data and/or findings will be shared with People Services Leadership, Business Partners and others as approved and appropriate.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding requirements and serve as an escalation point for incomplete or delayed activities. Recommend improvements that strengthen the candidate-to-new-hire transition. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Knowledge, Benefits, People Services, Information Technology and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to coordinate complex interview panels, assessments, recruiting events, and logistics. Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Coordinator I or temporary coordination resources on standard scheduling and candidate communication practices.
  • This position will work in alignment with Talent Acquisition in a team atmosphere to resolve issues as needed and work to minimize days to fill and provide support as needed. Supports efforts to improve recruitment processes, implement best practices, and enhance the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Assist with telecommuting workflow administration, documentation review, reporting preparation, and employee communications related to telecommuting activities.
  • Support and document continuous-improvement initiatives, workflow enhancements, process maps and standardization, recruiting automation efforts, job aids, templates, and training materials. Assist with user testing and adoption of recruiting technology changes. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, compliance, and data quality.
  • Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. Maintains member, team members and other sensitive information with confidentiality. Treats co-workers and members with respect.
  • Supports member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences.
  • Any other duties as assigned. Includes but is not limited to supporting People Services assignments and projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or related human resources experience.
  • Multi-state and high-volume hiring experience in mid-to-large organization
  • Understanding of Affirmative Action, EEOC, Titles VII & IX DOL
  • Thorough working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, recruiting and onboarding workflows, I-9 and pre-employment documentation requirements, data retention, EEO/AAP documentation, reporting controls, process auditing, and related recruiting compliance.
  • Awareness and understanding of approved automation, emerging recruiting technologies and AI-enabled recruiting practices.

Solid understanding of recruitment metrics.

  • Working knowledge of human resources practices and labor laws in the areas of recruitment, hiring, AA/EEO, employee relations, compensation, training, benefits and wage and hour regulations
  • Ability to work through career websites, job boards and other recruiting technology/systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex workflows independently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Advanced organizational, candidate communication, follow-up, data-auditing, troubleshooting, and workflow-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Embrace a high sense of urgency, completing work with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. HRIS, ATS, reporting systems, and recruiting technology platforms.
  • Strong data accuracy and auditing skills
  • Comfort working with recruiting technologies and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Indeed, LinkedIn, as it relates to Recruiting
  • Knowledge and skills necessary in Ceridian/Dayforce as it relates to Recruiting

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
