Part-Time HR & Recruiting Assistant – Caregiver Onboarding

Integral Care Home Care is looking for a part-time HR & Recruiting Assistant to help recruit home health aides and guide them through the application process. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time Regional HR role.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews with home health aides and coordinate orientations.
- Help applicants complete their applications and onboarding forms.
- Review paperwork for missing information and follow up to collect required documents.
- Keep caregiver files organized and update the HR team on each applicant’s progress.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable speaking with applicants throughout the day. Previous recruiting, HR, or home care experience is a plus.
