With a key focus on making pet care more accessible and affordable for pet parents, this role is key to the success of the companyWe are seeking an Operations Analyst to help scale and support our network of veterinarians. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who’s analytical, process-driven, and passionate about building strong provider networks that deliver high-quality virtual care.

Veterinarian Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Own the end-to-end process of recruiting, screening, and hiring veterinarians to join our telemedicine platform
  • Create strong and effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage interviews and offer process along with credential checks
  • Lead the onboarding process for new vets to ensure seamless integration into our systems and workflows
  • Create robust, scalable and automated onboarding processes
  • Continuously refine recruitment and onboarding workflows to improve speed, quality, and experience

Vet Performance & Operational Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on key vet performance metrics for vets
  • Identify trends and outliers, and work with leadership to drive performance improvements for vets.
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools in collaboration with analytics and product teams

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, talent acquisition, healthcare recruiting, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, detail-oriented with a proactive, process-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for animals and enthusiasm for veterinary telemedicine is a plus
  • Experience recruiting licensed medical professionals or working in a telehealth or healthcare environment is a plus
