This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) leaders by delivering top nursing talent. Recruits potential candidates for nursing positions, screens and interviews applicants to determine preferences, limitations and qualifications. Refers qualified applicants to appropriate hiring authority. Coordinates internal movement of nursing employees. Maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large.
Education Experience (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3-4 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process, including:
- Lead generation
- Managing internal and external recruitment processes
- Extending offers
- Closing candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
- High volume recruitment experience
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment background
This is a hybrid position, with occasional onsite requirements for recruiter trainings that may occur each month. Candidates must be current residents of Michigan.
