As the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Retail Stores, you will help lead the retail recruiting strategy and execution across a geographically dispersed store and field organization. You will manage and develop a recruiting team while partnering with Retail Operations and HR leaders to align hiring plans, strengthen talent pipelines, and deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes that support workforce needs and business growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for retail store and field leadership hiring, aligning priorities with workforce plans and business objectives.
  • Partner with Retail Operations, HR Business Partners, and workforce planning leaders to forecast demand and align recruiting resources.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Recruiters, setting clear goals and prioritizing workloads based on hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and pipeline insights to identify risks, recommend solutions, and improve hiring performance.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-location recruiting operations and high-volume recruitment programs.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and recruiting reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition experience supporting retail organizations.
  • 5+ years leading recruiting teams of three or more employees.
  • Experience supporting nationwide retail recruiting operations and large-scale or seasonal hiring initiatives.
