As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement, you will own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable a high-performing recruiting organization to scale effectively. You will combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, managing recruiting technology while improving workflows, data quality, and reporting. Working closely with recruiters and People teams, you will identify friction points and develop practical solutions through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled tools. You will also help establish the operational rigor and auditability expected of a growing public company. The role offers significant ownership over the recruiting technology ecosystem and the opportunity to improve both candidate and interviewer experiences. It is well suited to an operationally minded recruiting professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable systems.
Accountabilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems and scheduling and coordination tools, ensuring they are properly configured, adopted, and maintained.
- Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable recruiting processes that can scale with increasing headcount and hiring volume.
- Own recruiting data hygiene and reporting, maintaining accurate requisition, candidate, and pipeline information and developing reliable dashboards for recruiting and business leaders.
- Partner with recruiters to identify operational friction and manual work, then design and implement solutions through workflow improvements, automation, AI-enabled tools, or process redesign.
- Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies and AI-powered solutions, managing vendor relationships and assessing investments based on effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner closely with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on shared processes such as offer management, background checks, and headcount approvals.
- Define recruiting operations success metrics and use data-driven insights to improve processes and the candidate and interviewer experience.
- Establish and maintain processes with strong documentation, controls, data integrity, and auditability to anticipate compliance requirements.
- Lead people or cross-functional workstreams while building adoption and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including hands-on experience with recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.
- 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives and workstreams.
- Proven experience building and documenting scalable processes while maintaining strong data hygiene across recruiting systems.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, as well as recruiting and scheduling technologies.
- Data-driven approach to program management, with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and actionable operational insights.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation, including platforms such as Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows, to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and drive adoption without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company and familiarity with SOX-related process requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with employer branding, employee referral programs, or other recruiting initiatives is a plus.
- Experience partnering directly with People Operations on offer management and background check processes is preferred.
