As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead team performance, full-cycle recruitment strategy, and operational excellence across Beacon Health System. In this role, you will oversee recruiting partners and programs that enable Beacon to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive healthcare environment. You will drive innovation by leveraging AI recruiting tools, advanced sourcing strategies, talent marketing programs, data analytics, and process improvement to deliver a high-performing, scalable talent acquisition function.
You will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs, manage talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless and equitable hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your leadership will play a key role in cultivating a high-performing TA team, optimizing technology, and building recruitment strategies that directly support Beacon’s mission and growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Coordinators, and/or Specialists to achieve hiring goals and elevate performance.
- Build and execute recruitment strategies that support enterprise workforce plans and priority staffing needs across departments and entities.
- Leverage AI-driven tools, automation, and data intelligence to increase sourcing efficiency, expand passive talent pipelines, and accelerate time-to-hire.
- Oversee the effective use and optimization of the ATS, CRM, and digital marketing platforms to improve funnel performance and candidate engagement.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer brand presence, develop targeted recruitment campaigns, and expand Beacon’s visibility across digital channels.
- Use data and analytics to guide team decisions, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to reduce delays, streamline processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build scalable processes that ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and organizational policies across all TA activities.
- Lead intake sessions and partner closely with hiring leaders to clarify job requirements, create sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence.
- Champion a consistent and positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, including clinical specialties, leadership positions, and emerging workforce needs.
- Escalate and resolve complex hiring challenges, including competitive offers, talent shortages, and market compensation issues.
- Partner with HR colleagues across Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Analytics, and Employee Experience to streamline workflows and deliver a unified talent strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across TA operations, including process redesign, automation, training, and service excellence.
- Ensure consistent application of hiring policies, workflows, documentation standards, and compliance expectations across all recruitment teams.
Organizational and System Partnerships
- Partners with RPO providers, external recruiting partners, and emerging technologies to extend team capacity, improve recruiting efficiency, and support evolving workforce needs across assigned job families.

- Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership or team supervision.
- Proven success building recruitment strategies in high-volume or specialty healthcare environments.
- Experience implementing or optimizing TA technologies, AI tools, and digital recruitment platforms.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and healthcare talent market dynamics.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, programmatic advertising).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach performance, and build a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Knowledge of AI-supported sourcing, screening, scheduling, talent analytics, and workflow automation.
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret talent metrics, forecast trends, and guide data-informed decisions.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled at solving complex hiring challenges.
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, credentialing-related requirements, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or AAPPR credentials.
- Experience leading TA transformation initiatives, process redesign, or technology implementations.
