Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Source and recruit attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving.
- Partner with HR and leadership to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience; legal recruiting required
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
