About the Opportunity

As Kantata expands globally, we are investing deeply in our Bengaluru, India operations—one of our fastest‑growing hubs. We are hiring a Lead Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in scaling our India team, partnering closely with local and global leaders to attract top talent across engineering, product, customer success, and G&A. This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape the recruiting strategy for a rapidly growing region, influence how we build our India talent brand, and ensure we hire exceptional people who will drive Kantata’s next chapter of innovation and scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build and scale high‑quality pipelines through advanced sourcing, research, outbound strategy, events, and referral programs
  • Own candidate relationships from first touch through close, ensuring a thoughtful, human experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers in Bengaluru and globally to design effective recruiting strategies and deliver consistent hiring success
  • Bring creativity and momentum to our recruiting approach, experimenting with new tools, channels, and messaging tailored to the India market
  • Measure and optimize recruiting performance using data, insights, and continuous improvement practices
  • Strengthen our employer brand by collaborating with leaders to elevate Kantata’s presence in the India talent ecosystem
  • Collaborate across the talent team to refine processes, improve operations, and scale best practices across regions

Who we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across technical and/or go‑to‑market roles
  • Confidence engaging senior‑level talent and navigating complex candidate conversations
  • Expertise in modern sourcing strategies, tools, and outreach techniques
  • Proven success hiring engineers in competitive, fast‑moving markets (India experience strongly preferred)
  • A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for tackling new challenges
  • This position is based in Bengaluru
