Job Description
To be eligible for Pomerleau’s internship program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

Join Pomerleau as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator Intern and play an active role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the next generation of talent across Canada.

What you will do
- Support campus recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
- Assist with career fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in HR systems.
- Support the Campus team to enhance the intern candidate experience, university partnerships and overall recruitment experience.
- Support intern onboarding, offboarding, and other campus program activities.
This role could be for you if you have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and early career programs.
