Job Opening: India Analyst, Talent Acquisition
Location: Indore
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
We are hiring for an India Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in India. If you have a passion for recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to quickly fill numerous open positions.
- Efficiently reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates that meet the necessary IT skills and experience for bulk hiring needs.
- Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports for tracking and analysis.
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Education: MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting, especially for IT role like Oracle ERP, Service now
- Proficiency in all job portals and other recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
