Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist Full Time We are seeking a FT HR Generalist to join our team and support the Human Resources function, which is located on-site at our client, Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY This is a Monday-Friday position. You'll work in a professional office environment and have the opportunity to advance your career in Human Resources as this position plays an important and visible role on the HR Team. You'll lead recruitment and onboarding, including delivering our orientation program with new hires - presenting and delivering important HR policies and practices; work with our vendors on agency hires and be part of the HR team that effectively hires and assimilates new employees across the organization. Additionally, you'll learn other key areas within the HR. We are interested in speaking with candidates with 2-3 years' HR experience that will include excellent customer service, relationship building skills, strong teamwork along with attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary along with a college degree, prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
