Position: Capstone's HR team is growing! We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative and Recruitment Coordinator. In this position, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes. You will work directly with and assist the Human Resources Director to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training, recruitment, onboarding, tracking and maintaining all employee data. You will also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure employee satisfaction through education and HR policies and procedures, and by fostering a positive work environment. This position requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented and most importantly, personable and approachable.

Qualifications: This position will be able to manage various HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting both employees and management in HR related matters. As a Human Resources Administrative and Recruitment Coordinator you will handle a wide range of duties that contribute to the efficient functioning of the HR Department including but not limited to:

  • Point of contact for HR-related questions from staff
  • Recruitment, orientation, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee files and information
  • Perform and track HR payroll tasks
  • Employment Verification
  • Managing employee PTO
  • Reporting and tracking work related injuries and illnesses

The Administrative and Recruitment Coordinator is an office-based position. Position responsibilities require onsite presence in our Barre, Vermont location.

Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position, offering an hourly wage range of $24-$30, as well as paid time off, insurance, and retirement plan benefits.
