We have an opening for a full-time early career Human Resources Recruiter/Benefits Coordinator to provide support for company-wide Human Resources functions. This includes but is not limited to: Recruitment for non-clinical positions, Employee Benefit Enrollment, and providing backup to other HR functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources functions, including benefits administration and recruitment.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Windows Operating System, Word (including mail merge), Excel (v-looks ups, pivot tables, formulas), Outlook and Adobe software.
  • Must have valid New Mexico driver’s license; must have and maintain a clean MVD record, current insurance and the ability to drive to multiple locations using own vehicle.
  • Working knowledge of City, State, and Federal Government laws and regulations relating to proper employment practices.
  • Previous experience working in HRIS system.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities.
  • Ability to recognize problems within HR functions, especially those involving benefits administration, and assist in solutions.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and produce quality work with multiple interruptions.
