Position Summary

Innovative Health is seeking a highly organized, people-focused HR Specialist – Recruiting to support the company's continued growth by managing and coordinating the full-cycle recruiting process. This position will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and employees throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

The HR Specialist will develop strong relationships with hiring managers, source and attract qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, facilitate pre-employment processes, and help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, moving quickly, and helping an organization attract and retain talented employees. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a growing healthcare and medical-device environment where priorities can change and strong communication and follow-through are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

RecruitingTalent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, qualifications, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Post job openings to appropriate job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, applicant databases, professional organizations, schools, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist hiring managers with candidate selection and provide guidance regarding recruiting best practices.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with approved compensation and company policies.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or an HR generalist role with significant recruiting responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iSolve.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical device, healthcare services, or a related industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Experience recruiting technical, clinical, operations, or professional-level positions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
