Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other Technical disciplines preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/Technology Hiring.
- Experience in lateral hiring for IT and technology roles is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of technology hiring and technical skill sets.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience working in consulting, IT services, product, or technology-driven organization.
