HR RECRUITING ASSISTANT METRO DETROIT

Sage Solutions Group is seeking an experienced HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

This person will be responsible for supporting the recruiting leadership with sourcing applicants through a variety of posting and passive searching tools. The recruiting assistant participates in the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that client timelines are met and quality applicants are found.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with full cycle recruiting processes with direction from the Executive Services Manager and the client
  • Creating job posts and phone screen/interview guides
  • Tracking applicant status
  • Screening resumes
  • Conducting phone screens
  • Coordinating interviews with clients
  • Completing reference and background checks
  • Maintain candidate database in ATS
  • Following up with candidates and clients
  • Researching appropriate job boards and posting alternatives
  • Working with recruiting leadership in a team environment to fill open positions

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a related position
  • 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
  • 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
