- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Familiarity supporting a fast-paced team
- Solid knowledge of HR laws pertaining to employee files and safekeeping
The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, can work independently or as a team, and a positive attitude.
âś…Responsibilities
- Recruiting for caregivers & day program facilitators
- Assisting with new hire onboarding (some travel required to facilitate orientations
- Present and manage new hire orientation and onboarding
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges and agencies
- Employee file compliance and audits
- Assists management team with training and documents tracking & filing.
đź“‹ Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to work in the North Bay/Santa Rosa/ Petaluma/ Ukiah area
- Able to pass a background check per state industry standards
- Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
