POSITION SUMMARY
EZARC, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruiter to support the company's workforce needs across manufacturing, fabrication, construction, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruiting process, developing effective talent pipelines, posting and sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate recruiting records, and partnering closely with EZARC hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
At EZARC, hiring managers are responsible for identifying their hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting candidate interviews. The HR Recruiter serves as the recruiting support and process partner by providing sourcing resources, maintaining recruiting systems, coordinating the hiring process, communicating with candidates, and ensuring recruiting activities are completed consistently and professionally.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, resourceful, and comfortable recruiting for both skilled-trade and professional positions in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES
RecruitingTalent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions, staffing needs, qualifications, schedules, and hiring priorities.
Assist hiring managers in developing effective recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Post open positions on appropriate job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, and other talent sources.
Source candidates through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other appropriate channels.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Research and identify potential recruiting sources for skilled trades, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, engineering, administrative, and leadership positions.
Support employee referral and other internal recruiting programs.
Maintain an organized applicant pool and ensure qualified candidates are properly documented and accessible to hiring managers.
Provide hiring managers with candidate information and recruiting resources to support their selection process.
Coordinate candidate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview scheduling, status updates, requests for information, and next steps.
Assist with background checks, employment verification, pre-employment requirements, and other applicable hiring requirements.
Support the offer process by gathering required information from the hiring manager and coordinating offer documentation with HR.
Maintain communication with selected candidates between offer acceptance and start date to support a positive candidate experience.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Serve as a recruiting resource and point of contact for EZARC hiring managers.
Help managers understand and utilize effective recruiting and sourcing practices.
Provide hiring managers with candidate sourcing options and recommendations.
Assist managers in creating realistic candidate profiles based on job requirements and business needs.
Track recruiting activity and follow up with managers regarding outstanding hiring decisions.
Ensure hiring managers understand the status of their open requisitions and candidate pipelines.
Encourage timely candidate feedback and hiring decisions.
Help identify recruiting obstacles and recommend solutions.
Maintain clear accountability between HR and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Recruiting AdministrationSystems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in EZARC's recruiting and HR systems.
Maintain the Recruitment Tracker and other recruiting reports.
Track open positions, candidates, interviews, offers, hires, and recruiting activity.
Ensure candidate resumes, applications, interview documentation, and other recruiting records are properly maintained.
Prepare recruiting reports and metrics for HR and leadership.
Monitor recruiting activity and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain organized applicant files in accordance with EZARC policies and applicable legal requirements.
Assist with the development and maintenance of recruiting templates, interview materials, job postings, and recruiting procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Recruiting StrategyEmployer Branding
Develop creative approaches to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets.
Identify new recruiting sources and opportunities to reach skilled-trade and professional candidates.
Assist with EZARC's employment brand and recruiting presence on social media and other platforms.
Participate in job fairs, career events, trade school outreach, community recruiting events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
Build relationships with trade schools, technical programs, workforce development organizations, and other recruiting partners.
Monitor recruiting market conditions and provide feedback regarding candidate availability and recruiting challenges.
Recommend improvements to EZARC's recruiting processes and candidate experience.
ComplianceHR Support
Follow all EZARC recruiting policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
Support consistent and compliant recruiting practices.
Protect confidential candidate and company information.
Assist HR with audits, reporting, and other recruiting-related projects as assigned.
Perform other HR and recruiting duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting/HR technology.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and HR leadership.
Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Recruiting experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, skilled trades, or a related industry.
Experience recruiting welders, ironworkers, fabricators, painters, supervisors, foremen, engineers, project managers, or other skilled-trade positions.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting databases.
Experience with Boolean searching and online candidate sourcing.
Experience using LinkedIn and other professional recruiting platforms.
Familiarity with multi-state employment practices.
Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment and may periodically require visits to EZARC manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or field locations. The HR Recruiter may interact with employees and candidates across various levels of the organization and should be comfortable working in both office and industrial environments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically.
Occasional travel to recruiting events, job fairs, EZARC facilities, or other locations may be required.
