HR Recruiter — ABA Company | Brooklyn
LBAPS, a growing ABA therapy organization, is hiring a full-time HR Recruiter to support hiring across our Paraprofessional, RBT, BCBA, and office staff roles.
Responsibilities
- Recruit across all roles: Paraprofessionals, RBTs, BCBAs, and office staff
- Source and post across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and referral networks
- Proactively identify and engage candidates rather than waiting on applications
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Maintain a strong talent pool of Paraprofessionals across all locations
Requirements
- Recruiting/HR experience (ABA experience strongly preferred)
- Multi-platform sourcing skills — beyond Indeed
- Highly organized, quick-moving, and strong on the phone
- Able to manage high-volume candidate screening
