Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly dependable Home Health Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced staffing needs of a home health agency and has proven experience recruiting and staffing healthcare professionals, including caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
Office Location
This is a full-time, in-office position and is not remote.
Qualified candidates may be given the opportunity to work from either our Brooksville office or Holiday office, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the position.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to fill available positions and patient cases
- Post and manage job advertisements
- Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Follow up consistently with prospective employees
- Coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding
- Verify required licenses, certifications, background screenings, and employment documents
- Maintain organized employee and applicant records
- Work closely with management to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
- Help ensure open cases and shifts are filled promptly
- Maintain professional communication with applicants, employees, and management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home health staffing and/or healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, respectful, and professional
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and follow up with candidates consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced home health office environment
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
