Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify healthcare professionals who align with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Engage with potential candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Drive healthcare innovation by attracting professionals who bring diverse perspectives and progressive care philosophies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Reimagine the candidate experience by fostering transparency, respect, and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to employment.
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to inform and improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and community partnerships to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or skilled nursing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative approach to staffing challenges.
  • Understanding of modern workforce needs and expectations, including diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to facilities and events in the Midwest Region
