Tasks
As a Global Freelance Recruiter on RecruiterGrounds, you will:
- Review available hiring opportunities on the RecruiterGrounds platform.
- Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate prospective candidates before submission.
- Submit and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through RecruiterGrounds.
- Choose the opportunities you want to work on based on your experience, network, and recruiting specialties.
- Follow RecruiterGrounds submission guidelines and professional standards.
This is an independent freelance opportunity with no fixed working hours or required schedule.
Requirements

- Have experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR, executive search, or a related field.
