Freelance Employer Branding Specialist (Contract) Veterinary Industry
Remote Contract / Freelance Opportunity
Duration: 3-4 months Contract | Rate: Based on experience
Overview
We are looking to strengthen how we attract and retain veterinarians, vet techs, and clinic staff in a competitive hiring market. We're seeking a freelance Employer Branding Specialist for 3-4 month engagement to refresh our employer brand and bring it to life across our careers page and recruitment channels.
Scope of Work
- Research current staff and candidate perceptions; scan how peer veterinary employers position themselves
- Develop/refresh our employee value proposition (EVP) and core messaging
- Rewrite careers page copy and job posting templates
- Create employer brand content for social/recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Provide direction for supporting visual assets
- Deliver a final strategy document and content toolkit for our internal team to maintain

What We're Looking For
- Proven freelance/agency experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Strong portfolio of relevant work and excellent writing skills
- Veterinary, healthcare, or licensed-professional industry experience a plus
