Our Brands
The Recruitment and Licensing Supervisor for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program leads the full lifecycle of foster parent engagement, including recruitment, training, licensing, and recertification. This role supervises training staff, ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant training programs, and maintains accurate documentation and reporting to meet regulatory standards. The supervisor also oversees incident response processes and supports overall program quality, compliance, and foster parent success.
- Oversee foster parent licensing and re-licensing, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards and approving applications/home studies.
- Lead recruitment and marketing strategy for foster parents and the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program, including development of materials.
- Manage training, development, and ongoing support for foster parents, including identifying needs and coordinating programs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for foster parent issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and represent the program to drive overall effectiveness and growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of two years experience with a child placing, adoption, or foster care organization
- Must be familiar with Foster Care Licensing and Placing Agency requirements
