What You'll Do as a Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you will serve as the primary connection between job seekers and our clients. You'll build relationships, solve hiring challenges, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading recruiting tools and technology that support sourcing, organization, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
- Perform various customer service-related activities.
- Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.

You do not need prior recruiting experience. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

Compensation & Career Growth
During training, you'll receive hourly pay. Upon successful completion:
- Base salary: $45,000 + unlimited weekly commission
- After 1 year: Base salary increases to $55,000, plus continued commission and incentives
Projected Total Earnings:
- Year 1: ~$50,000
- Year 2: ~$76,000
- Year 3: ~$102,000
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
