Responsibilities

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Employer Brand & Early Talent Specialist embodies our company culture to position Express and Bonobos as an employer of choice to future associates. This role supports with driving brand awareness and elevating our Employee Value Proposition through compelling storytelling and creative social media campaigns. A primary focus of this role includes supporting early talent initiatives through building and maintaining strong connections with university partners and providing best-in-class candidate experiences for our early talent pipeline. We are seeking a creative mind who is passionate about brand storytelling and investing in our next generation of talent.

YOU WILL HAVE AN ASSORTMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support creation of written, visual and video content to share our company story and support our Employee Value Proposition, talent acquisition and early-in-career goals
  • Capture social content at company and campus events to create engaging materials for employer brand campaigns
  • Oversee recruiting social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) and editorial calendar to advance our employer brand footprint
  • Bring a creative lens to campaign development, proactively identifying new trends to increase brand engagement
  • Track campaign metrics and performance to analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate campus recruitment events including career fairs, development workshops, information sessions, and more
  • Nurture relationships with cross-functional partners, university partner career centers, faculty and student organizations
  • Execute and manage Summer Internship Program
  • Identify opportunities and develop new methods to expand on-campus presence at partner universities
  • Foster inclusive, welcoming community for early talent associates across organization

YOUR SKILLS ARE TAILORED FOR SUCCESS

  • Creative thinker able to translate and align new ideas to brand voice and identity
  • Ability to identify emerging trends to ensure content is fresh and relevant
  • Recruitment experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other social platforms
  • Experience creating social media content with Canva, Figma or Adobe
  • Eagerness to learn and navigate without a clear roadmap
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Punctual, responsible and professional

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS DESIGNED FOR THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding, or recruiting
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making skills and proficient at managing multiple tasks
  • Passion for people and company culture
