Description

Help build the workforce changing primary care.

At Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners, our Vision is

A primary care physical therapist for everyone to advance healthcare and empower movement for life.

We Aren't Watching Primary Care Change. We're Driving it Forward.

Mountain Land is at the tip of the spear in advancing physical therapy as primary care.

What we are building in the Mountain West is increasingly looked to across the country as a model for how physical therapists can become a true front door to musculoskeletal care. We are regularly consulted by leaders outside our markets who want to understand how to move this model forward.

And in Utah, we haven't simply benefited from policy change we drive it.

Over the last two years, Mountain Land has played a leading role in advancing major legislative changes that move physical therapy closer to true primary care. This isn't policy work for its own sake. It means fewer barriers, faster access, more appropriate care, and a healthcare system that can get people to the right provider earlier.

Now we need the workforce to make that vision real.

That is where you come in.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to build the talent engine required to support aggressive growth in one of healthcare's most constrained labor markets.

This is not a traditional recruiting leadership role.

Your scoreboard is not applications, interviews, or requisitions closed.

Your job is to make sure we have the licensed clinical FTE capacity required to deliver our growth plan and expand access to care.

You will learn our business deeply, anticipate workforce needs, build talent supply before we need it, convert candidates into hires, and develop a TA system capable of scaling with the company.

What You'll Own

  • Deliver Licensed Workforce Capacity

Turn patient demand, growth, turnover, new clinics, and M&A into recruiting strategies that deliver the clinicians the business needs.

  • Build Scalable Talent Supply

Create proactive pipelines across experienced PTs, students, future Clinic Directors, referrals, schools, passive talent, relocation markets, and new sources we have not found yet.

  • Convert Talent into Productive Hires

Improve speed, relationships, offer acceptance, and closing. When a critical search gets difficult, you are willing and able to jump in personally.

  • Build a High-Performance TA System

Develop the team, technology, CRM, automation, AI, analytics, and operating discipline that allow recruiting performance to scale.

Significant Accountability. Significant Upside.

We designed the compensation structure to reward results.

Target cash compensation will be weighted to performance-based incentives.

Annual overperformance can increase incentive compensation to 125% of target incentive.

We want someone who is excited, not intimidated, by having a meaningful portion of compensation tied directly to a measurable business outcome.

Requirements

You May Be the Right Person If You...

  • Have successfully recruited scarce talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Think like a business leader who happens to be exceptional at talent acquisition.
  • Can quickly understand a business well enough to anticipate what it will need next.
  • Know how to source, build relationships, negotiate, and close.
  • Use data, technology, automation, and AI to multiply your team's capacity.
  • Can build and lead a great team without becoming removed from the work.
  • Are relentless when the answer is difficult rather than accepting “the market is tight” as the answer.

This role has a direct line from the people you recruit ? to patients receiving better care ? to changing how healthcare works.

If that kind of accountability, impact, and upside sounds exciting, we want to talk to you.
