Job Summary

The Director of Doctor Recruitment is the senior recruiting leader responsible for building and leading Specialized Dental Partners’ (SDP) end-to-end doctor recruiting function nationwide. This role sets national recruiting strategy, standards, and priorities, and translates them into consistent, high-quality execution by leading the Regional Doctor Recruitment Managers.

The Director sets the bar and leads by example for how SDP recruits, coaches and develops regional leaders to personally engage on the organization’s highest-priority and most complex specialist searches. Success is measured by national hiring outcomes, the strength and development of the regional recruiting team, and the long-term health of SDP’s specialist pipeline.

Specialized Dental Partners is building the most respected specialty partnership in dentistry. As the senior leader of national doctor recruiting, the Director of Doctor Recruitment ensures SDP doesn’t just hire doctors — it builds and leads the team that brings the right specialists into the right practices at the right time, nationwide, setting them up to thrive clinically, operationally, and personally.
