This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Recruiter, Commercial Sales & Customer Success based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, six-month contract opportunity for an experienced recruiter who excels at identifying and attracting top talent across Commercial Sales and Customer Success. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to evaluating candidates and securing offer acceptance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support critical hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. By combining market insights, creative sourcing techniques, and a consultative approach, you will help build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive recruiting professional who can balance multiple requisitions, adapt to changing business needs, and contribute to inclusive, effective hiring practices. The position is remote within the United States, with hybrid work required for individuals living within 55 miles of the partner company's downtown Denver headquarters.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Commercial Sales and/or Customer Success positions, from initial intake and candidate sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to define hiring requirements, align on candidate profiles, and facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines for immediate and future recruitment needs.
  • Identify, screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by sharing labor market insights, recommending sourcing approaches, and providing guidance at each stage of recruitment.
  • Expand talent networks through direct sourcing, employee referrals, industry relationships, professional associations, and other creative recruitment channels.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of open requisitions, prioritizing competing demands and responding effectively to evolving business requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring teams, anticipate potential recruitment challenges, and proactively develop solutions to keep hiring processes on track.
  • Ensure recruiting process discipline, maintain accurate and consistent practices, and achieve established hiring goals and performance metrics.
  • Promote inclusive recruitment practices and engage broad, diverse talent pools to support fair and effective hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting Commercial Sales and/or Customer Success professionals.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations and handling competing hiring priorities.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, with the ability to identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Proven ability to recruit and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Experience working consultatively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and guide recruitment decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviewing techniques, along with compliant hiring practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet time-sensitive hiring goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound professional judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative working style.
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Recruiting experience in telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
  • A background combining corporate and agency recruiting experience.
  • Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
