Aspire of WNY is seeking a full time Community Supports Staffing Specialist.

Responsibilities include: providing mentoring, coaching and administrative support for Community Based Supports Staff in the Self Directed Services department to ensure that people served have opportunities to make choices, develop, achieve and participate in competitive employment.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years experience working with individuals with disabilities
Valid NYS driver’s license required
