You are responsible for the hotel’s annual recruitment strategy plan, driving recruitment activities to ensure recruitment effectiveness meets hotel business requirements, maintaining and improving the standards as the best employer brand in the market. As a Cluster Recruitment Manager, you’re not just leading hotel recruitment initiatives – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Proven track record in recruitment, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and career development strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, selection techniques, and onboarding best practices.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on modern recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to assess hiring needs, analyze recruitment metrics, and optimize hiring strategies.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and a collaborative approach to team and organizational development.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English to communicate with candidates and to work through Hilton's English-based systems.
